Workshop Duration: 2 days
Workshop Timings: 10:45 am to 5 pm
Persons per batch: 6
Workshop Fees: INR 4000 (Rupees four thousand) per person.
(Kindly note: Due to inflation in ingredient costs, there is a nominal increase of INR 250/person in workshop fees from March 2012 onwards)
Workshop Location: J P Nagar 5th phase , Bangalore (Near Delmia Cirle; 2 km from Shopper’s Stop, Bannerghatta Road). Address and location route map will be provided once you have completed the registration process.
What you will need to bring: An apron, a pen, your lunch, and ample boxes to take back the baked goodies on both days. Allow us to take care of everything else.
Workshop Take-aways: Live demos, Detailed Recipe Booklet, Samples of all the goodies made, and truck loads of confidence to bake on your own.
Course Programme will cover basic know-hows and give you a hands-on experience in various recipes to give you an enriched repertoire in basic baking skills and promote you to the the strata of Bake-a-holic.

I’m in J P Nagar 5th phase ( about a couple of kms from Shoppers’ Stop, Bannerghatta Road).
As for the weekend workshops, a lot of people have written to me with the same concern. For the moment however, I dont intend having workshops on the weekends since Im operating from home. Maybe once I have my own place for the workshops, I can. I don’t see that happening anytime too soon but I’ll definitely keep you posted of any developments.
hi! can i know if there is the option of skipping the level 1 workshop and hence what would be the fees for the rest of the levels! Can you even mail your address please where the workshops going to be held!

I’m afraid there isn’t an option to skip level 1. Any particular reason why you ask that? Levels 1-5 come as a package in the basic baking workshops. If you still want to skip level 1, I’m not sure how much I can do by way of reducing the fees. It would stay the same.
