 Having something bake in your oven is much like keeping your money in the bank. Only, you reap sweeter interests with the former! You agree? So yeah, throw away those inhibitions and don that apron! Welcome to ‘Bakenomics’.

If you’re like me, and would like to enjoy a long-lasting liaison with your oven, then you have arrived where you truly belong! Gear up, ‘cos you will jump at every opportunity to bake, and trust me when I say that this will become an obsession, and an obsession you cannot shake off very easily! So are you all ready to begin and nurture this love-affair? ;)

At ‘Bakenomics’, it’s not just about sharing recipes, and giving you a live demo. Here, have some chewy chocolate-chip cookies and some warm milk while you’re reading here. Mmmm…like it? So where were we…yeah, there’s more to learning how to bake than just by watching someone at it. That helps too. However, the workshops will also help you understand Baking as a science, know the ingredients in baking and how they behave, basic ingredient substitution, healthy baking substitutes, etc. You will also make your own pastry and decorate it in class after watching the demo, so you have some hands-on experience too. Sounds much like having your cake and eating it too, doesn’t it? (pun intended) Bingo! At the end of the day, the whole point is to prepare you to be able to confidently bake all by yourself once you’ve completed the workshop.
